We start setup as soon as your payment is confirmed and send your login details on Telegram or email. Most orders are delivered the same day.

Do I get full admin / root access?
Yes. RDP comes with full administrator access and VPS plans come with full root access, so you can install any legal software.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Message us on Telegram and we will move you to a bigger plan or add resources for the price difference.
Do you keep backups of my data?
No. To keep prices low we do not store backups of customer data, so please keep your own backups.
What is your refund policy?
Annual hosting, reseller and VPS plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee; monthly and other terms have 3 days. Dedicated servers, domains and some other items are not refundable. See the refund policy page for full details.
What is full admin RDP?
A Windows remote desktop where you have administrator rights — install software, change settings and run programs like on your own computer.
How do I connect to my RDP?
On Windows, open “Remote Desktop Connection”, enter the IP we send you, then your username and password. On Mac, Android or iPhone, use the Microsoft Remote Desktop app.
Which locations do you offer?
RDP and VPS: USA, UK and Germany. Ask us on Telegram for other locations.
What is not allowed on your services?
Spam, hacking, phishing, piracy, illegal content, coin mining, Tor exit nodes and any illegal activity. Breaking these rules leads to termination without refund. See the terms of service.
How do I renew my service?
We remind you before your service ends. Message us on Telegram to renew for the next billing period.
