Refund Policy

Money-back guarantee

HostingBlend offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting, business hosting, reseller hosting and virtual private server (VPS) packages paid for the annual billing period only.

For monthly or any other billing term we offer a 3-day money-back guarantee.

After you cancel a service, refunds are made within 10 days. Accounts cancelled or terminated by HostingBlend because of a violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy do not qualify for the 3-day or 30-day guarantee.

When refunds are given

Refunds are not provided if the service is used to test your program or script and then cancelled when it is done.

Refunds are provided only if the server environment is incompatible or cannot provide the features your program or script needs, or if there is an issue HostingBlend staff cannot solve.

Non-refundable items

The following payment methods are non-refundable, and refunds will be posted as credit to your hosting account for current or future services: bank wire transfers, Western Union payments, checks and money orders.

No refunds are offered on dedicated server packages, custom packages, setup fees, domain registrations, domain transfers, domain renewals, SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, advanced support fees, processing fees or software licenses.

HostingBlend may deduct fees for value-added services that were included at no additional fee, such as a WHMCS license, cPanel license or SSL certificate, from any refund.

Exchange rates

All payments and refunds are processed in U.S. dollars and reflect the exchange rate on the date of the refund. HostingBlend is not responsible for exchange-rate changes between the time of payment and the time of refund.

HostingBlend reserves the right to refuse a refund at any time.

Admin RDP

Our admin RDP lets you use any software or application. Any illegal use — such as spamming, scamming, piracy, hacking, cracking, phreaking, warez, exploit software, or content that teaches or encourages these — is not allowed and will result in termination with no refund.
